Mohamed El Mahalawy
Mohamed El Mahalawy received his B.Sc. degree with honors from the Electronics and Communications Engineering Department at Alexandria University, Alexandria, Egypt in 2007. He then received his M.Sc. degree from the Nanoelectronics Integrated Systems Center at Nile University, Cairo, Egypt in 2011. From Jan., 2009 to Dec., 2009, he was an intern with the Circuit Research Lab (CRL) at Intel Inc., Oregon, where he worked on the design of amplifiers for MEMS-based sensors, and the design of All-Digital PLLs. Mohamed joined PMRL in 2012, where he worked on wide bandwidth GaN-based power modulators for high efficiency power amplifiers. He obtained his M.Eng. degree in 2013 and joined Rockwell Collins Inc. till 2016. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. degree at the university of Waterloo, Canada.
